Matrix Detect is for monitoring your desk and room occupancy using Keytree occupancy sensors. Knowing how much your meeting rooms, hot desks and other building resources are being used is not crucial for any facilities management team. We provide realtime occupancy and resource utilisation stats and metrics so you can answer questions: is my office being used to achieve most value? is a project team using all of the desks they have? do we need more desks? can I close a floor on one day if it isnt busy to save on costs of heating? Matrix Detect answers all of these.

Matrix Detect Hubs are small devices that bridge the Sensor network to the internet no bigger than a mobile phone size. With this app you can configure the connections over ethernet or wifi made so that you can get your next generation facilities management reporting system online.

Matrix Detect Sensors are battery powered devices that connect to the Hub to relay information to the cloud working on anonymous occupancy detection using human heat and motion. These sensors can either be purchased or rented from Keytree Limited to monitor your business estate. This app allows you to assign sensors to locations within your asset hierarchy and onto floor plans making the setup and management process quick and simple.

This app works closely with Matrix Booking, Book Anywhere system. If both systems are used together you can track not just which rooms are booked but also those that are actually used with out relying on user checkin.
